About the job as a project planner:

As a project planner at Jefferson Wells, working with our client SAAB in Gothenburg, you will be an important part of Projects & Planning. You will work in teams that handle both new production and aftermarket, where you contribute to creating structure, planning project flows, and ensuring that deliveries are made according to plan. The role involves close collaboration with several functions and requires you to be able to work in digital systems and be out in the business to follow up on products and processes.

Common tasks include:

• Plan and coordinate project activities.
• Support the team in prioritizations and rescheduling when needs change.
• Work in business systems and digital tools.
• Follow up on project status and ensure that deliveries are made according to schedule.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties.

The candidate we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in project planning or a similar field and who thrives in a role where collaboration, structure, and service are central. You are a team player with a positive attitude, willing to ask for help, and take responsibility for your tasks. To succeed in the role, you need to be flexible, solution-oriented, and comfortable working both administratively and practically.

Additionally, we expect you to have:

• 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Good ability to work in digital tools.
• Service-oriented and unpretentious working style.
• Ability to reprioritize in the face of rapid changes.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in coordinating roles.
• IFS or similar business systems.
• Logistics management, import/export.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
